Fee integrity is important, with charges agreed based on content and value,
rather than time. Fees are by negotiation and will depend on the type
and duration of the engagement. Fees will always be paid in advance, except
by prior negotiation, and will exclude business class airfare (for journeys
over three hours) for travel and parking expenses, accommodation and other
normal incidentals.
