Sandro (as he likes to be known) started his career in financial services
at the age of only 21.
Within two years he was among the top producers for a large UK life office
and by 1993 he was a Manager for another major insurer with outstanding
results in both sales and recruitment. Three years later he decided it was time to start his own business - an independent
financial consultancy practice which has grown dramatically every year
since. There is now a group of companies incorporating a general insurance
business, broker advice network franchise and a mortgage brokerage.
His success led him to the UK's Life Insurance Association regions where
he quickly established a reputation as an authority on growing businesses
through innovative marketing techniques, transferable sales ideas, prospecting,
developing professional introducers and motivation.
In recognition of his achievements and expertise he was selected to speak
at the 2000 Life Insurance Association
Convention at The Barbican Theatre, London and then at Million
Dollar Round Table (Main Platform) in San Francisco, where he addressed
